THE FOUNDER
Flavia De Souza is a senior commercial lawyer with over 15 years’ post-admission experience advising businesses across complex contracting, technology, infrastructure and public sector environments.
She partners with leadership teams, senior executives and business owners on commercial contracts, risk allocation and strategic decision-making, delivering clear, commercially grounded advice in high-stakes situations.
Flavia has led and supported negotiations across a broad range of commercial arrangements, including procurement, services and intellectual property. Her approach is pragmatic and outcome-focused, with a strong emphasis on protecting value while enabling business objectives.
She is also highly experienced in dispute resolution and commercial litigation, having advised on and resolved significant, high-value claims, including matters arising from major infrastructure projects.
Her experience includes advising on the resolution of substantial claims with long term benefit associated with the closure of large-scale works contracts and developing negotiation frameworks playbook for complex, multi-billion dollar procurement programs, supporting consistent and efficient commercial outcomes.
